Healing begins with being truly heard.

Life is hard, and sometimes, the pain stays for a long time.
Psychotherapy is more than just a conversation. It’s a gentle yet powerful process of understanding, healing, and growth. It offers a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may feel overwhelming or unclear. By gently unpacking your past and present, therapy can help you make sense of your inner world, nurture self-awareness, and guide you toward a lighter, more grounded way of being.
Through this process, you’ll gain tools to navigate emotions, strengthen confidence, and cultivate healthier relationships. Think of it as a workout for your mind and heart, building your emotional resilience and enhancing well-being.
I’m here to support people at every stage of life, with a particular focus on trauma, life transitions, and emotional resilience. You don’t have to carry it all alone—healing begins with feeling heard and supported.
About Me
As a psychologist and parent, I believe passionately in the power of empathy to transform lives. In my practice, I offer a safe, collaborative space for individuals and families navigating trauma, transitions, and relationship challenges.
Beyond therapy, I design and lead community workshops for pre-teens entering high school and for parents wanting to build more connected relationships at home. My programs are built around compassion, practical tools, and real-life understanding. Because growth doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in connection.
Whether you’re a parent, professional, or simply someone seeking support… you’re welcome here.
